Terms of Use
Last updated: July 22, 2026
These terms cover your use of Oddsprey, run from the Netherlands. By creating an account or using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use Oddsprey.
1. Who can use Oddsprey
You must be at least 18. You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for everything done under your account. Please give accurate details when you sign up.
2. What Oddsprey is
Oddsprey gives you football predictions, analysis, and suggested bets, built from a statistical model and an analyst write-up. It is information, not advice. We do not take bets and we are not a bookmaker.
Our predictions are made in good faith, but no prediction is certain. Past results do not guarantee future results, and betting always carries the risk of loss. Any bet you place is your own decision and your own responsibility.
3. Bet responsibly
Only bet what you can afford to lose. Set your own limits, do not chase losses, and never treat betting as income.
If betting is becoming a problem, help is available. In the Netherlands, see Loket Kansspel. In the UK, see BeGambleAware. Elsewhere, contact a gambling-support service in your country.
4. Subscriptions and payment
Full predictions and analysis come with a subscription, monthly or yearly. Every new account gets a one-month free trial with everything open. A subscription keeps every match unlocked while it is active.
During the beta, subscriptions are free and no card is charged. When we turn on card payments, they will be handled by Stripe, and the price shown at checkout applies.
Cancelling. You can cancel any time from your account page. You keep full access until the end of the period you already paid for, and it does not renew after that. We do not give partial refunds for time left in a period.
Right of withdrawal. As an EU consumer, you have 14 days to withdraw from a new paid subscription. Because a subscription gives you immediate access, if you ask us to start straight away you accept that this right ends once the service has been fully provided, or that you may owe a proportionate amount for what you have used. Nothing here removes rights you have under Dutch or EU consumer law.
Your subscription is for your own personal use. Do not share, sell, or transfer account access.
5. Using the site fairly
Please do not:
- Use Oddsprey for anything illegal, or in breach of any law that applies to you.
- Resell, redistribute, or publish our predictions commercially.
- Scrape the site or use bots against it without our permission.
- Try to break, overload, or gain unauthorised access to our systems.
- Abuse or threaten our team or other users.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.
6. Our content
The predictions, analysis, text, graphics, logos, and software on Oddsprey belong to us or our licensors. You may use them for your own personal, non-commercial use on your own account. You may not copy, redistribute, or resell them without our written permission.
7. Liability
Oddsprey is provided as is. We do not promise the predictions will be accurate or profitable, or that the site will always be available or error-free.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for betting losses, decisions you make from our content, or for indirect or consequential loss. Where we are liable, our total liability is limited to what you paid us for your subscription in the previous 30 days.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Dutch law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence. Your mandatory rights as a consumer are not affected.
8. Suspending or closing accounts
We may suspend or close your account if you break these terms, if we see fraud or abuse, or if the law requires it. You can close your own account at any time from your account page.
9. Law and disputes
Dutch law applies to these terms. Disputes go to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer rules let you bring your claim somewhere else.
EU consumers can also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The date above shows the current version, and we will flag significant changes on the site. If you keep using Oddsprey after a change, that counts as accepting it.
